In taking the Kindness Pledge, you agree to:

Commit to volunteering, engaging in an act of kindness, or giving back. Spend one hour a month for 12 months (it's ok if you miss a month - it does not have to be consecutive!)​. Check out our ideas for ways kids can give back here.

Spread the word: Encourage at least one other friend to take the Kids Kindness Pledge here!
